Thermoplastic elastomer SEBS
SEBS is of good temperature endurance with brittle temperature lower than -60℃ and highest service temperature at 149℃,Under oxygen surround. The decomposing point is higher than 270℃.SEBS has excellent aging resistance and the drop rate of its performance is less than 10% after being aged in the artificial aging accelerator for one week.
SEBS is also very good at electrical property Its dielectric loss is 1.3×10 at 1KHZ and 2.3×10 at 1MHZ; its volume resistance is 9×10Ω-cm one
minute and 2×10Ω-cm two minutes. SEBS has good solubility and co-mixing capacity with solubility between 7.2~7.6.

Elastomers of A0-95 shore can be produced through mixing SEBS with polypropylene, naphthene oil, hydrogenated naphthene oil, white oil etc.. Such elastomers have excellent surface quality. Weather fastness and aging resistance. It is extensively used for soft material such as handles, stationery, toys, handgrips of sports equipment, sealing strip, wires and cables, toothbrush stem and other wrap material.
SEBS can be modified or co-mixed with PA6,PC,PPO and PU tobe used as compatilizer for plastic co-mixing
SEBS can be used as compatilizers for engineering plastics, such as for PE and PS.
SEBS blended with PP, white oil and flame resistant can be used to produce the coat of wires and cable.
SEBS combined with petroleum resin such as C5 can be used to produce high-grade adhesives and sealants.
