The Refugees Flow Tests the European Wisdom
Nowadays, the refugee flows come up intensively. According to the statistics from United Nations High Commission for Refugees on August 28, 2015, in recently years, about 6 million refugees escaped to Europe from Somalia, Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan, which is the largest refugees sine the Second World War II.
Germany Chancellor Merkel will no longer keep calm as she made the young refugee Reem cried in July. It is reported that the number of refugees received by Germany this year set a new record, amounting to 1 million. Therefore, on September 13, 2015, Germany broke the acceptance of unlimited refugees promised by Merkel and announced temporary implementation of control at border with Austria, which is an exception of the Schengen Agreement rules. Thereafter, Schengen Agreement countries, such as Slovakia, Czech and Hungary, all strengthened the control at borders. On September 14, 2015, EU approved the military plan to dispatch navy to stop illegal refugee boats and acclaimed that refugee boats could be destroyed if necessary.
If we say that the single European market is impacted by the trade protectionism emerged after the financial crisis, the Euro system defect is revealed by Greek crisis. Now, the Schengen Agreement foundation is impacted by the frustrating inconsistent words in face of the refugees flow. Therefore, the three great foundations for EU integration are confronted with great challenges, which also test the European wisdom.
As I said in Wealth>, US has been stealing the European wealth for over 20 years in terms of intelligence, military, environmental protection and economy. US utilized the European financial deflation policy and transferred its subprime mortgage crisis to Europe; utilized IMF and transferred the Greek crisis to Euro zone; dragged EU to its “Missile Defense Plan” and took a hand in Middle East and North America. This not only increased the unnecessary military expense for Europe, but also pushed the refugees flow to Europe, which is bound to bring deadly impact to the European stability and ecology and further worsen the slowly recovering European economy.
As Putin said recently, EU blindly follows US, irrespective of the local history, religion, culture and situation, and is bound to cause bad result.
It is worth of our attention that US trained the terrorist organization while taking the so-called military action against the terrorism; rejected and “rudely” treated the refugees while criticizing that the inhumanity in Europe.
Therefore, those with some extent of insight would ask that whether EU still accept the American dual standard and ultra-democracy?
Currently, whether Europe will continue the dispute over refugees acceptance, or review the prospect of EU integration strategy, or get out of the EU and US alliance?
It is the time to test the European wisdom!
